The position at a glance:

- Responsible for the Summer Camp programs.

- Responsible for retreats and workshops in the off-season.

- Responsible for ropes and challenge course operations

- Responsible for Summer Staff and year-round programs staff.

Requirements:

- Passionate about camp and its mission.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors

- Have or be able to obtain Ropes Course Certification
