Inspiration Hills is seeking a Housekeeping/Grounds Manager to manage the cleaning and upkeep of the campus facilities year-round. The right person will need to be responsible, organized and work independently. We are looking for a person who enjoys working with others, and can train others in a consistent fashion. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for scheduling the cleaning staff, and having the buildings and rooms prepared for group arrivals.

$14.00-$16.00/hour DOE

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Decorate for Holidays/Seasons
  • Organize & Plan around Group/Camp Arrivals and Departures
  • Laundry!
  • Laundry Organization
  • Ordering Supplies/Replacing Used Items
  • Light Outside Cleaning/Landscaping
  • Schedule/Do Seasonal Cleaning Responsibilities to prepare/close each season
  • Prepare Summer Staff Cleaning Schedule/Train Summer Staff in Cleaning Duties
  • Work with Volunteer Groups/Random Saturdays for a few hours may be needed
